The company buys used equipment, biomedically and cosmetically reconditions it, then resells it to such end users such as hospitals, independent clinics, and nursing schools, as well as to medical equipment dealers and leasing companies. By purchasing reconditioned equipment, their customers receive high quality equipment at significantly reduced prices compared to new equipment.
Over the past ten years, the Company has purchased, reconditioned and sold over 24,000 medical related devices within the U.S. market. They have been awarded “preferred vendor” status with some of the largest healthcare systems in the U.S. They continue to focus on this important market, as well as further developing the Group Purchasing Organization market.
They have well-established working relationships with the nation’s largest medical equipment distributors who include their items and pricing into their national sales databases. This provides the Company with access to over 1,600 national sales representatives.
The Company also offers ancillary services such as medical equipment planning and consulting services. They assist customers doing large scale design projects by providing a single source for planning and sourcing of the moveable equipment part of their projects.
Real estate is available for anadditional $1.4 million and seller financing is negotiable for a qualified buyer. |
