Seller will provide at least 2 weeks on-site training after the purchase, assist in securing retention of employees and transfer of supplier relationships, provide on-call telephone assistance after competition of the training and sign a no competition agreement. The franchiser will also be available for training and support. The sale must involve franchiser approval and a 2 week comprehensive training period at the company headquarters (training paid by the franchiser which includes airfare, room & meals).
